I cannot wait for my Tessy's Tablescapes to arrive! Tell me about the shipping situ'?

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout with standard, express, and next-day options available with all orders. Please note, next day delivery is only available if we receive your order by midday. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 days of the date of payment, except next-day where we will be out the door before the Post Office closes! In London and in a panic? Drop us an email at contact@tessystablescapes.com and we can dicuss a courier service option for same-day delivery. Don't stress, we got you.
Do you ship overseas?

Of course! We ship to most countries and the rates vary according to the size and weight of your parcel. Please find exact rates at checkout. If we are not covering your country yet, drop us an email at contact@tessystablescapes.com and we will do our best to arrange a custom order for you.
What is your returns policy?

RETURNS Your tablescaping happiness is so important to us, so if you need to return an item, no problem! Simply email contact@tessystablescapes.com quoting your name, invoice number, item(s) you wish to return, and for what reason and we will get back to you with full 'how to' instructions. We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have two whole weeks from delivery to request a refund. Please note, we do not pay for return shipping costs and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. DAMAGES Please inspect your order upon reciept and email us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item and we willl resolve this ASAP for you. If the item(s) are damaged, we will need photographs of the damaged item(s) AND the external packaging. EXCHANGES We do not offer exchanges on our products.
